New Season Passholder:

If you selected the digital Season Pass option during checkout, you do not need to process your Season Pass at the park. Simply add your Season Pass card to your Google or Apple Wallet and use for entry, in-park discounts, and offers. If you selected the physical Season Pass option during checkout, you will need to have your Season Pass processed. To do this, simply bring the confirmation voucher that you received via email to Guest Relations or the Guest Experience Center. There, you will receive your physical Season Pass card that you will use for entry, in-park discounts, and offers.

Renewal Season Passholder:

When you renew your Season Pass for next season, continue to use the same card or select the new digital Season Pass option to easily store your Season Pass card in your Google or Apple Wallet!

What if I lose my Season Pass Card?

If you lose your Season Pass card, stop by our Guest Experience Center for a replacement or go digital! Learn how to convert your physical Season Pass card to a digital pass below.

How do I upgrade my Season Pass?

It is easy! Visit our Guest Experience Center or Guest Relations at the front of the park to upgrade your pass to a higher level.

Can I upgrade my Day Ticket to a Season Pass?

Yes! You can upgrade your Day Ticket the same day you are visiting, at the Guest Experience Center or Guest Relations at the front of the park.

How do I get my perks?

Your perks are loaded automatically onto your physical or digital Season Pass card. Simply show your physical or digital Season Pass Card to redeem your perks at any applicable locations.

What are the benefits of the digital pass?

A digital Season Pass is more convenient than a physical Season Pass! You can easily access it via your mobile device for park entry and to redeem your perks. Plus...
- There is no need to process your Season Pass at the park! Simply upload your image during checkout. You can then skip the processing line at the park.
- Securely store your Season Pass on your mobile device via Google or Apple Wallet - one less thing to carry around at the park!
- Manage your Season Pass, see benefits, and renew online via the new Guest Portal.
How do I get a digital pass?

To get a digital pass, upload your photo during the checkout process. This will automatically create your digital Season Pass, which you can download to your Google or Apple Wallet from your confirmation email.

If you already purchased your pass and did not upload a photo during the checkout process, you can log into the Guest Portal and upload a photo. If you wish to change your photo, please visit Guest Relations or the Guest Experience Center.

What happens after you upload your photo and complete your digital pass purchase?

You will receive an email as soon as your purchase is completed with your transaction info. That email will not include your passes. However, shortly after you will receive a second email that will have your passes attached, ready for download and able to be added to your Google or apple wallet.

Can I get a physical pass instead of a digital pass?

Yes! During the checkout process, do not upload a photo and you will receive the Season Pass voucher to your email. Please bring this Season pass voucher to either Guest Relations or the Guest Experience Center for processing on your first visit.

Can I have a physical pass and a digital pass at the same time?

Yes you can, but it is not recommended. For the best guest experience, we suggest using only one type of Season Pass. If you would like to have both, please contact us at info@lakecompounce.com or stop by Guest Relations or the Guest Experience Center on your next visit.

What are the steps for converting a physical pass into a digital pass?

Already have a physical Season Pass? Go digital! To do so, sign in or create a Guest Portal account. You will then follow the steps below to create a digital version of your Season Pass. It's important to note that you must log in using the email address associated with the Season Pass you would like to convert.
1. Log in to the Guest Portal
2. Select My Season Passes from the main menu on the left hand side
3. Find the pass you would like to digitize and click the area that says Please upload your photo to download your pass or the brown pencil icon on the photo in the right hand corner of the pass
4. Follow the instructions for uploading or taking a photo and save
5. Click the Download Season Pass button

Legal Limitations & Liabilities
It is the responsibility of the Season Pass hold to be familiar with Lake Compounce Safety and Security Guidelines. Deviation from these guidelines may result in the revocation of the Season Pass without compensation.
Your picture will remain on file and will be checked, should a duplicate pass be necessary. Your Season Pass is non-transferable and may only be used by the person whose picture appears on the Pass.
There are no refunds or exchanges on Season Passes. Passes used in violation of any of the listed policies may be revoked by the issuer at any time and shall remain the property of Lake Compounce.
Season Pass (“Pass”) is valid for one daily admission to the park referenced on the front of this Pass (“Pass”) by the registered holder of the Pass (“Passholder”) during the identified season, during regular operating hours. Presentation of this Pass by anyone other than the Passholder is a criminal offence. Pass is only valid if purchased from the company owning or operating the Park (“Company”) or authorized ticketing agent. Passholders who must re-enter the Park must use hand-stamp system. Days and hours of operation are subject to change without notice. Pass is not valid for admission to catered or private events. Admission to certain rides, shows, attractions, special events and concerts may require additional charge or reservations, or be subject to height/age safety restrictions. Parking, food, merchandise, games and arcades require additional charge. The Park reserves the right to temporarily deny admission to Passholder in the event Park capacity limits have been met or for other circumstances which the Park may deem appropriate. Company may expel Passholder and may revoke Pass without refund for any of the following: disorderly, disruptive, inappropriate or offensive conduct, clothing markings or language; possession of a firearm or other instrument that could be used as a weapon/fraudulent use, alteration or reproduction of Pass/breaking posted or printed Park rules or breaking the law; or anything the Company deems could compromise the safety of the Park guests or employees. Passholder grants Company, its licensees, its corporate partners, its affiliated entities and its respective officers, directors, shareholder, agents, employees and representatives (“Companies”) the right to use Passholder’s name, photograph, voice, or likeness in any advertising or promotional materials, in any and all media, including Companies’ web site, without notice, payment or consideration and without regard to alterations.
PASSHOLDER RELEASES COMPANIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, LOSSES, EXPENSES, COSTS AND LIABILITIES, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER WHICH PASSHOLDER MAY HEREAFTER INCUR OR HAVE AGAINST ANY OF THEM WHICH MAY ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PARK OR ANYTHING OCCURING ON PARK PREMISES, INCLUDING THOSE ARISING OUT OF COMPANIES’ NEGLIGENCE.
