If you selected the digital Season Pass option during checkout, you do not need to process your Season Pass at the park. Simply add your Season Pass card to your Google or Apple Wallet and use for entry, in-park discounts, and offers. If you selected the physical Season Pass option during checkout, you will need to have your Season Pass processed. To do this, simply bring the confirmation voucher that you received via email to Guest Relations or the Guest Experience Center. There, you will receive your physical Season Pass card that you will use for entry, in-park discounts, and offers.
When you renew your Season Pass for next season, continue to use the same card or select the new digital Season Pass option to easily store your Season Pass card in your Google or Apple Wallet!Â

To get a digital pass, upload your photo during the checkout process. This will automatically create your digital Season Pass, which you can download to your Google or Apple Wallet from your confirmation email.Â
If you already purchased your pass and did not upload a photo during the checkout process, you can log into the  Guest Portal and upload a photo. If you wish to change your photo, please visit Guest Relations or the Guest Experience Center.
You will receive an email as soon as your purchase is completed with your transaction info. That email will not include your passes. However, shortly after you will receive a second email that will have your passes attached, ready for download and able to be added to your Google or apple wallet.
Yes! During the checkout process, do not upload a photo and you will receive the Season Pass voucher to your email. Please bring this Season pass voucher to either Guest Relations or the Guest Experience Center for processing on your first visit.Â
